We're flat out making sure our yummy Stilton is ready for Christmas cheese boards all around the country.

Since October we've increased the amount of fresh Peak District milk that gets delivered to our creamery each day, so that we can make as much of our delicious Stilton as we've got room for. 

Now, with less than a month to go until Christmas, our skilled graders are busy checking the cheese is ready to be packaged and sent to our hungry customers.
